Hello fellow readers! Hope you’re all doing well and staying safe. One-third of the way through 2020 and life has changed so much since my last post. I’ve been trying to get back to blogging but it was quite overwhelming to keep up with everything last year. My reading was all over the place, work was insane and I wasn’t able to write reviews as and when I finished a book.
This time, however, with help from the sweet and kind Dini @ Novels and Nebulas, I feel confident and well-prepared to stick to a blogging schedule. Thank you so much for all your help, Dini! 🙂
One-third of the way through 2019 and I’m finally on track for my reading goal of 60 books for the year. April was a good reading month – the best I’ve had so far this year! I hope May will be even better!
Let’s talk wrap-ups and TBRs. I like setting a TBR each month though I’m a moody reader. It works because I take it more as a guideline and don’t stress out about it (much) if I don’t get to all the books or pick up others instead.
I read exactly half of the books from my February TBR and one that wasn’t on it.
I like having a set TBR for each month, even though I’m a mood reader because, without it, I might end up not reading much all month. It’s an ‘out of sight, out of mind’ kind of thing. So, I like to keep my month’s TBR on my nightstand as a reminder to try to read as much as I can.
